Progress for each file being copied

It would be useful if we were able to see the progress for each file as it is being copied along with the overall progress. Maybe this can be implemented with a verbose option (-v).

Yeah, while implementing the original design I had multiple progress bars for each file however it was causing a slowdown due to too many updates in case of smaller files. However can be added in case of -v with expected performance impact?

Suggestion: maybe implement the progress bars with something similar to uv add <package> command.

@11happy Maybe the just log to standard out when each file completes instead of individual progress bars. Keep the overall progress bar anchored at the bottom of the terminal so it doesn't scroll away.
