Context

Beyond the wiki: a versioned, searchable docs site (Nextra/Docusaurus) as the canonical documentation.

Scope

• Docs site scaffold + CI deploy (GitHub Pages/Vercel)
• Getting-started, self-host, reporter setup, GitHub Action, CLI
• Concepts: test identity, flaky scoring, RCA, OTel conventions
• Auto-generated API reference (OpenAPI + tRPC types)
• Versioned docs

Acceptance criteria

• A new user can self-serve from install to first insight using only the docs site
