Match AngouriMath's licence convention

Now that this lives in asc-community alongside AngouriMath, the licence
follows the same form: the file is LICENSE.md rather than LICENSE, it opens
directly with the copyright line rather than an "MIT License" heading, and
the holder is Angouri. The MIT body is byte-identical to AngouriMath's.
