Bug: campaign start/end times do not update correctly

[Neonckb]

When editing a campaign start or end time/date, the new value is saved and tx is accepted.

However when I go back to check it, the original time/date remains in place

In this example, I tried to change the time from 22:59 to 23:59, but after confirmation for some reason it changes back to the original

I found a temporary workaround which is to alter the date as well as the time, which seems to save properly.
