Provide a minimally reproducible example

Environment File:

name: scuppernong

channels:
- conda-forge
- fastai
- - defaults

dependencies:
- python>=3.12


# nbdev

Then create a new project with nbdev new and then run

but I know that it is currently 2.3.34
