SVG picture could use space better

Currently:
```

[---pad---][---BANK---][---pad---][---BANK---][---pad---]
```

But should be:

```
[---pad----][-------BANK------]
[---BANK---][-------pad-------][---BANK---]
```

Need to left-justify after finding minimum left padding, and then distribute that to rest of padded areas.
