training pipeline cannot find the install-az-cli.yml file

I am having an issue with the deploy-model-training-pipeline.yml file.

First, I am not sure if I even set up the resources and repositories section up correctly. The default file was not running correctly, so I changed the name to my repo name.

I am now getting an error that it cannot find the install-az-cli.yml file in the "templates" folder. When I look in my folder I do not see any templates folder or the .yml files they reference.
