N/A in total number of local observations when number of observations is 0

Describe the bug
Looks like "Total nr." becomes N/A whenever "Nr obs." is 0. I presume this is only visible for samples not on the allowed list for loqusdb uploads.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a variant with 0 local observations in non-allowed list customer.
2. Go to a variant with more than 0 local observations.
3. Observe difference.

As a background, loqusdbapi will throw an exception if the variant was not found, before returning totals. This is in contrast to the loqusdb exe which would always return totals. We can discuss the epistemological, pedagogical and technical merits of this solution; I'm not a huge fan, all in all, but it is there.
