When press ctrl + c on running session while prompt text exist is stopped the session instead of clearing the prompt

Summary

When i do ctrl + c when on running session and when there's exist text on prompt input, it stop the session instead of clearing it.

Expected Behavior

It Should check the content in the prompt, if it exist it will do clear that instead of stopping session (Codex Default Behavior)

Actual Behavior

Stop the session

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Do a task
2. Input some text in the prompt
3. press Ctrl + C
