Feature request: per-repo opt-out of automatic bundle PRs while keeping comment commands

The app re-opens 'feat: add ECC bundle' PRs on the next push after a bundle PR is closed unmerged. Please add a setting (repo file or app dashboard) to disable push-triggered auto-analysis while keeping /ecc-tools comment commands available. Paying Pro user.
