Configurable debounce time for Open Flow Launcher hotkey

I usually trigger the hotkey via a macrokey binds to my keyboard and mouse so it is possible for the button to be triggered too quickly in rapid succession either by my mistake or the mechanical debounce of the microswitch.

Adding a configurable debounce time would help in situation like this.
