Simplyfing the concept of the view base_data.web_glacier_details_json

The process of retrieving the data used in the view base_data.web_glacier_details_json is rather complicated (due to very limited time resources).

For each glacier with length-change or mass-balance data the citation in 4 languages has to be provided. The approch of joining the 4 participating views for:

• glacier descriptions
• glacier pictures
• length change citation
• mass balance citation

is badly done.
