Project name: Number Guessing Game

Things I implemented: Random Module, Functions

What the program does:

• This is a number guessing game with difficulty levels
• If the guessed number is too high or too low, the program will notify the player
• For 'easy' difficulty, there are 10 chances, while for 'hard' difficulty, there are 5 chances
