I directly confirmed Stage 1 without answering the questions and without saying "leave TBD". Afterwards scope.md contains no record of the findings or the questions. The ambiguous statements are still there as ordinary requirements, but nothing marks them as unresolved(TBD), so a later reader of the artifact cannot tell a review flagged them.
