Interface traffic graphs report incorrect values

Description

The traffic graphs displayed in the Metrics section report incorrect values for network interfaces.

The reported traffic is significantly higher than the actual traffic, sometimes by several times. The discrepancy affects the reliability of the graphs and makes it difficult to evaluate the real bandwidth usage of an interface.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Metrics page
2. Select a network interface traffic graph
3. Generate or monitor a known amount of traffic on the interface
4. Compare the graph values with the traffic measured directly on the interface or with another monitoring tool

Expected behavior

The graphs should report values consistent with the actual traffic counters of the selected network interface.

Actual behavior

The graphs report traffic values that are several times higher than the traffic actually passing through the interface.
