Add stylings to the main home page, Properly align every component add stylish headers and footers, the theme of the home page will be accordingly used on other pages. Feel free to take some ideas from https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1zGwg4G-D1gtarR7S9HBHGUBAfGOovcen/edit#slide=id.p1 but you are free to implement in any cool way you like as far it remains responsive(USE BOOTSTRAP).

If there is no fixed style & layout for front end, then everyone will end up with different layout, then how we will integrate all that in one ??

Hey feel free to take creative liberty for the home page, make it as appealing as possible add animations and styles, For your query apart from the home page all the pages I'll make sure they have the same page layout
