Cannot download the home brew package due to a certificate issue

The system doesn't trust certificate of https://objects.githubusercontent.com/.
I created a mirror server which serving the home brew package as well. In that case, there was no problem.

I had the same issue, had to update Homebrew Channel in Homebrew app.

How did you create a mirror link? I don't know where to get the file from, and when to use it
