`eval` commad with SELECT query should always return a block!

Currently:

>> sqlite/eval db {SELECT * FROM Table WHERE id=9999999}
== 1 ;= should be [] when there is no id with value 9999999

It is possible, that to have it implemented, all queries (even queries like UPDATE) should return a block.
