The original scope of the project was a place to store per-board information and allow it to be looked up by serial number.
The scope is now being expanded into ERP and CRM concepts for stock management, parts ordering, purchase orders, production queues, etc. It's no longer a "register" of PCBs, and could be used separately from Testomatic.
We should come up with a name to reflect its nature as a production management system for PCBA.
