Settings table do not return anything

I think we could add mock values to simplify testing of those variables.

Acessing variables (settings.* like settings.system.modelId) returns nothing, but on TVs it sometimes returns (depending on the device).

The best way would be to load them from a file and enable them by code.

The settings table is defined in ABNT/NBR 15606-*, i don't really remember by mind which one, but i think it was 15606-2

My doubt is more about the values, like settings.system.makerId could be Telemedia, but what should be settings.system.modelId?
