Publish OCI image in GitHub Packages

The way I see it the zip and Dockerfile basically wrap files into a basic OCI image. It would be more practical to publish the resulting image in a container registry to make the install and update process easier.

@WorldObservationLog Please check on your free time if it can be implemented now via a github workflow, as both amd64 and arm64 has dockerfile and entrypoint now. It can be really helpful for everyone if they can just pull the image from github and run it via the compose file.
