Phase 8: Repair Slice 1 - Search Session Ownership

  • Status: complete

    • Broke the architecture report into five repair slices in task_plan.md and findings.md.
    • Used CodeGraph to confirm the current inconsistency: cancel_search iterates workspace modules while fetch_search_page reads via the first workspace module.
    • Defined acceptance criteria for a SearchSession module.
    • Dispatched implementation to Claude Code. It produced a partial diff but returned no text output; Codex completed missing integration points.
    • Added and integrated SearchSessionManager.
    • Updated search commands to use the manager directly.

Phase 10: Repair Slice 3 - Workspace Runtime Internals

    • Split WorkspaceServiceImpl trait implementations into private search, import, and watch modules.
    • Kept the parent module focused on the struct, constructor, repository access, session delegation, and shutdown.

Phase 11: Repair Slice 4 - Frontend Event Projection

  • Status: complete
  • Actions taken:
    • Defined acceptance criteria for preserving current Tauri event names, compatibility projection, store updates, toast side effects, and cleanup behavior.
    • Dispatched the scoped frontend projection extraction to Claude Code; it created a projection module but did not return output.
    • Interrupted the silent Claude process, reviewed the new module, and completed the hook integration directly.
    • Extracted Tauri subscription/projection behavior into mountTauriEventProjection.
    • Kept useTauriEventListeners focused on React lifecycle, debounce refs, store/toast dependency injection, and cleanup timing.
    • Ran frontend type check, lint, and focused EventBus/search-listener Jest tests.

    • Chose a narrow pure-rule extraction instead of broad React Query/Zustand rewiring.
    • Added services/configSync.ts for config fingerprint and persistability rules.
    • Updated useConfigManager to consume the pure service while preserving the existing computeConfigFingerprint export.
    • Updated config fingerprint tests to import the pure service directly.

Phase 14: GitHub Pages Documentation Site

  • Started: 2026-07-20
  • Actions taken:
    • Preserved the existing completed planning history and appended a new phase.
    • Re-indexed the repository with codebase-memory and inspected architecture, entry points, layers, documentation, workflows, screenshots, and package metadata.
    • Selected VitePress with a Chinese-first information architecture and GitHub Pages project base path.
    • Confirmed the local Claude Code CLI is available for the scoped implementation loop.
    • Recorded implementation and validation acceptance criteria in task_plan.md.
    • Claude Code dispatch failed because its local OAuth token had expired; implemented the frozen scope directly and retained Codex review/validation responsibilities.
    • Added VitePress configuration, custom theme, favicon, home page, user/architecture/developer/operations content, root npm tooling, and a Pages workflow.
    • Corrected stale published documentation for Rust 1.88, current command/search paths, and the collapsed command/interface layer.
    • Found and fixed a root-base normalization bug that generated protocol-relative //assets URLs during local preview.
