<h2>Urgent reports</h2>

<p>Email <a href="mailto:hello@sexualsync.io?subject=Urgent%20Sexualsync%20safety%20report">hello@sexualsync.io</a> with the subject "Urgent Sexualsync safety report". Include the account email, workspace name if you know it, the link or screenshot needed to locate the issue, and what happened.</p>

<p>If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.</p>

<h2>Non-consensual intimate content</h2>
<p>Sexualsync does not allow non-consensual intimate images, videos, altered media, deepfakes, threats to share intimate content, or intimate content involving minors. Valid removal requests will be reviewed quickly. For non-consensual intimate imagery covered by the TAKE IT DOWN Act, our goal is to remove reported content and known identical copies from Sexualsync-controlled storage within 48 hours of a valid request.</p>
<p>If a platform fails to remove intimate images shared without consent, the FTC also accepts reports at <a href="https://takeitdown.ftc.gov/">TakeItDown.ftc.gov</a>.</p>

<h2>CSAM and minors</h2>
<p>Any content involving minors in a sexual context is banned. Reports involving child sexual abuse material or exploitation may be escalated to the appropriate authorities and service providers.</p>

<h2>What to include</h2>
<ul>
<li>Your name and contact email.</li>
<li>The account email or workspace name involved, if known.</li>
<li>The URL, invite link, screenshot, or description needed to find the content.</li>
<li>Whether you are the depicted person, their authorized representative, a copyright owner, a workspace member, or another reporter.</li>
<li>What outcome you are requesting: removal, workspace deletion, account restriction, copyright review, or another safety action.</li>
</ul>
<p>When possible, we will reply with a confirmation or report reference so the request can be tracked.</p>

<h2>What happens next</h2>
<ol>
<li>We acknowledge the report when possible.</li>
<li>We review the report and may ask for more information.</li>
<li>We may remove content, restrict access, freeze a workspace, notify providers, or preserve records if needed for safety or legal reasons.</li>
<li>We share status updates when we can do so without exposing someone else's private data.</li>

<h2>Cloudflare reports</h2>
<p>Sexualsync runs on Cloudflare. If you need to report abuse directly to Cloudflare, use Cloudflare's official <a href="https://www.cloudflare.com/trust-hub/reporting-abuse/">abuse reporting page</a>. Cloudflare has categories for CSAM, non-consensual sexually explicit imagery, copyright, trademark, phishing, malware, threats, and general abuse.</p>
