      <ul>
        <li>If you cannot sign in, include the account email and what device/browser you are using.</li>
        <li>If an invite is not working, include the inviter email and the workspace name if you know it. Do not paste private room content into support unless it is needed to solve the issue.</li>
        <li>If push notifications are broken, include whether the app is installed to your home screen and which notification type failed.</li>

      <h2>Delete or export data</h2>
      <p>Workspace owners can schedule room deletion in Settings. You can also request data export or account-data deletion by emailing support. We may ask for verification before releasing or deleting account data.</p>
      <p>After final deletion, the room is not meant to be recoverable.</p>
