I noticed eqMac (v1.9.1) App mixer for Systems Sounds and Call Audio goes to 100% in some cases. For me I can reproduce this effect when I open a certain website (ad.nl, dutch newspaper site) in Firefox on MacOS 26.6.2. App Mixer disabled or enabled doesn't matter. Anyone recognizes this problem or has a solution?
