Hi everyone, I am one of the people who are starting to try out Linux at the moment, and I have installed Linux Mint Cinnamon. I wanted to replay AC Syndicate, which is in my Ubisoft account. Online I found mentions that Bottles was the best way to handle games through Ubisoft Connect.
So I installed bottles (version 67.3), and pressed the big button to add a game. I can then select AC Syndicate in the next screen, it will then tell me it has optimized settings (great!), and then ask me for the .exe-installer. I am assuming I give it the Ubisoft Connect installer at this point, as I don´t have any installer-file for the game specifically. It will then install Ubisoft Connect, and within Ubisoft Connect I can install the game just fine. But when I close Ubisoft Connect after that, Bottles does not detect that, and it will hang indefinitely on the "Wait for the installer to close". I did make sure to exit Ubisoft Connect, instead of minimizing it.
