[FEAT] Option to put the "+" button for array fields to a more visible place

The current "+" icon is not very visible for users:

So, some users report that they are not aware that more than one item can be added to the form

Describe the solution you'd like
To fix this, I think it's good to make the button style outline or secondary at least.

And wrap it into the <blink color="red">+</blink> tag 😆
