Date separators sometimes show up multiple times per day

Issue Description

Sometimes, the Timeline Separator for different dates gets shown multiple times per day. See the screenshot below

Expected Behavior

Showing these subsequent messages as one timeline, without Date Separators

Actual Behavior

Cinny shows multiple Date Separators for subsequent messages

Reproduction Steps

None known yet. The events all look normal

- Matrix Homeserver: selfhosted Synapse
