Drop cuda builds?

@kkraus14: That being said, I really don't know who uses the arrow cuda extensions anymore, as cuDF no longer uses it.

That's mostly a question for the arrow people, I just help package it 😅

I have no data about this. Maybe we can send an email to the dev/user Arrow mailing lists to gather feedback/information?

We should probably send the email to the dev list. Personally I would prefer to see us add more extensions for other hardware to go along with the device interface rather than drop the cuda build.
