+Scope: extend the proven iOS workflow to tar the generated application (preserving
+bundle modes/symlinks), verify SHA-256 and include source commit metadata, then
+upload with the official upload-artifact v4 action pinned to its resolved commit.
+Retention is 14 days and missing output fails the job. Workflow YAML/diff reviewed;
