Feature Request:
Description
Currently, products are always created in the default language (e.g. English US). After creation, users must manually open the "Add languages" dialog and select each desired language individually. This is a repetitive, error-prone process - especially in environments with many languages or high product volumes.
Requested functionality
A configuration setting that allows products to be automatically created in all active languages upon creation. This would eliminate the need to manually add language versions via the "Add languages" dialog after every new product.
Desired behavior
- When a product is created, copies are automatically generated for all configured languages.
- The language state of the automatically created copies is configurable (e.g. "Same as default", "Inactive" or "Active").
- The setting is optional and configurable per shop, channel or globally.
Current situation (workaround)
Users must manually open the "Add languages" dialog after each product creation, check the desired languages and confirm. (Or manage via import)
Priority / impact
Saves time for content managers, reduces the risk of missing language versions, and improves consistency across multilingual product catalogs.
