internal-and-single-maintainerProperty for repositories that have single developers and are not externally deployed. Defaults to false, if true: more permissive rulesets will be applied

sandboxIndicates the repository is a non-production sandbox for experimentation — e.g. a POC, experiment, prototype, HackDays project, or demo/showcase. Defaults to false, and baseline ruleset applies unless set to true.
