Enable retaining and visualising the applied cloud mask

Since we have many options for the cloud mask, it would be useful to be able to retain and visualise the mask. Currently it is dropped

Update: simply commenting out that drop statement doesn't result in the behaviour I was expecting, which was that the mask would be available
