Incorrect length in IPF packet in Windows version

IPF packets under Windows are created improperly. For example in the attached file the frame 251 (UDPTL seq 68) has got the
octet string length with incorrect bytes order: 0x3500 instead of 0x0035. Wireshark marks the packet as "malformed" and is right.
There is no problem in the Linux version

I modified the unaligned.h header for it to work properly under MSVC. Now the problem solved.
