IPF packets under Windows are created improperly. For example in the attached file the frame 251 (UDPTL seq 68) has got the
octet string length with incorrect bytes order: 0x3500 instead of 0x0035. Wireshark marks the packet as "malformed" and is right.
There is no problem in the Linux version
