[Bug] Can’t block Windows update

Steps to reproduce

The app rules only whitelist a few third apps; aside from the System process, LAN traffic (192.168.1.x) on ports 443 and 445 is allowed.

Expected behavior

No response

Actual behavior

Testing shows updates can still be checked normally through Windows Settings.

ps: please focus on the issue itself, please don't debate whether windows updates should be blocked.
