Install Script and Patch for OMV 8

As the other person noted there are several changes that are needed, so I'm sharing a script to install this. I shoud note that the fan seems to be fine as is, so the PWM fan control is disabled in the code. If you need to make it work it will have to be enabled and fixed (code is broken).
