Element getbyID does not seem to work

I have tried the method numerous times and always returns null even when the ID is in the document, I only want null if its not in the document, I placed the same code into htmlElement getbyID method and it finds the element every time, this is code: IDomElement found = View.Document.GetElementById("found");

I guess by the non answers that this is a piece of bad coding on csquery I may have to change to something that actually works

no answers yet ok csquery is going in the bin, I would not recommend this program as the getBYID does not work

A couple things:

• If you post your actual code and markup, you will have a much better chance of getting a response. There is absolutely no way for anyone to try to reproduce your problem with what you have posted.
• Stackoverflow is a better place to ask questions in the first place, since it is read by millions of people, whereas this repository's issues are only read by a handful of people

You are more than welcome to "find something that actually works" for you - in fact I recommend it in the readme, since CsQuery is not being actively maintained by me. But whatever you do choose to use, the first two pieces of advice will still apply to asking questions.
