Should we always install the native bundle?

This is mainly for you @maxandersen , but wdyt about the idea to always install the native bundle, regardless of the value of JBANG_USE_NATIVE? It does mean a bigger download of course, so perhaps we could say that explicitly setting JBANG_USE_NATIVE=false would prevent that?

In the latter case: no, what I suggest is when JBANG_USE_NATIVE is true or unset (unset, not false), to always download the native bundle anyway... unless you explicitly set JBANG_USE_NATIVE to false. This way the native bundle would already be there in almost all cases. Then if somebody decides to turn native on it will always work, even when not connected to the internet (for example in a container).

I agree thats where we want to end up - but if we do this can't see how many actually tried it as everyone will download 10x mb's.
