bug: collaboration doesn't sync project

Only the code is synced but not the used project which can cause code to compile for one participant but error for another.

Interesting problem. Multiple ways to accomplish this:

• If users are expected to have a shared messaging channel externally, then along with room name, they would tell others which project template to use. i.e. This gets solved socially, rather than technically.

• We can encode the project-id inside the room-name and switch project as soon as the user connects to the room. In fact, we can go one step ahead and support direct URLs like /project-id/room-name and pre-open the JoinCollab popup pre-filled with these fields. Then user cannot switch to another project as long as they are in that room.

• We can set up a new ydoc object just to synchronize project selection among all connected users.

We should perhaps wait to see how the user behavior evolves around the collab feature? I think most users will simple add a comment at the top (which everyone else in the room can see), indicating which project is to be used.
