Running test web app

There is a test web application that demonstrates Widgets. It is in src/test/. Please make it possible to run the test application with container:start in SBT.

It seems that this should involve:

• Adding the xsbt web plugin
• Configuring it to look in src/test for the webapp and scala code.
• Ensure that package does not produce a WAR file, as that would prevent the module from being published to Sonatype.
