Make compatible with `x86_64-pc-windows-gnu`

Is it possible to make it compatible with x86_64-pc-windows-gnu.
My understanding is that the eventmsg.lib part is what's incompatible, sadly not sure how that part works out though.

You need to compile the "lib" (renamed .o-object file) by yourself. I used the MSYS2 package mingw-w64-x86_64-binutils which contains the necessary windmc and windres tools.

Open the directory %userprofile%\.cargo\registry\src\index.crates.io-6f17d22bba15001f\eventlog-0.3.0\res and open a MSYS2 terminal there (or add MSYS2 to your PATH and use the normal Windows terminal):

1. run windmc eventmsgs.mc to generate a resource file from the mc file
2. compile the resource file into an object file: windres -i eventmsgs.rc -o eventmsgs.lib
