I love this code and have used it to design some eDNA primers and a probe, which I will publish in the near future. However, I went to design new ones and I can no longer do so using R. Specifically:
library(d3heatmap)
Error in library(d3heatmap) : there is no package called ‘d3heatmap’
Apparently d3heatmap was removed from CRAN: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/d3heatmap/index.html.
When I try to use the website for ssPRIMER (https://www.mattortonapps.com/shiny/ssPRIMER/), the database crashes 99% of the time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
