A package issue

I saw epicPMDdetect is not a package yet, can we still use epicPMDdetect for predicting PMD from EPIC array data? Thanks!

Yes, you are right, we currently don't fully support the segmentation with the EPIC array, but feel free to give the package/scripts a try! Feedback is very welcome.

I apologize for the delay in my response. I attempted to install epicPMDdetect using devtools::install_github("epicPMDdetect"), but encountered an error: "! System command 'R' failed." Furthermore, I couldn't locate the segmentRnbSet function. Would you be able to assist me in resolving this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
