[Feature] Add the hability to download from custom enterprise repositories

It's common for enterprises to have custom model repositories and block public downloads.
It would be nice if we could setup a alternative model repositories so that Foundry Local can work on such environments.
Hence, only being able to have Foundy Local download from MS repositories means adding custom download logic when using the SDK, witch defies the purpose.

Hi @ecyrbe, thank you for the feedback. We are actively working on this however there is no exact timetable. I've asked the engineer working on private model catalog support to respond when we returns to office EOW.
