[Bug]: 500 error for upload enterprise addon

What happened?

After validation page, when continuing the flow I encounter this:

I get a 500 on upload enterprise

the addon I used:

What did you expect to happen?

To continue the flow for addon submission

source field on FileUpload is not tied to source uploads at all - that condition should be removed: https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/blob/a0d64a8efb24b424520495416bcadc4218a58d73/src/olympia/versions/models.py#L417-L418
