following the lab remote setup - missing file

I am receiving the following error when trying to run `netobs setup deploy` to digital ocean.

Could not find or access '~/Downloads/cEOS-lab.tar' on the Ansible Controller.
If you are using a module and expect the file to exist on the remote, see the remote_src option
```

Might be good to suggest where to obtain this file in the instructions (unless i missed it.)>
