Font sizes bork when a filter graph tooltip spawns a new platform window going outside the graph

Steps to reproduce: open filter graph view, put a filter right at the very edge of the view, mouse over an output port such that the tooltip overhangs the edge of the parent window. The title bar of the node will shrink
