Slightly improved scope session

group questions on opencode cli interface, show reasonable defaults, checkbox and fill up field. Show total of questions and groups from the start, name the functions clearly to show progress. do not write anything before confirmation from user and state clearly where it is being written

Resolved by #97. Scope session improved with updated self-declaration format (As a <role> I declare that:), grouped questions, and targeted read policies to reduce unnecessary context load during sessions.
