Using existing charts for minio, collabora ... as subchart

here are the official supported charts:

I just tried to change to the official chart instead of #26. Configuring the collabora-online chart correctly requires setting various domains for CORS, aliasgroups and frame_ancestors. We cannot use template values in the values.yaml and I would actually prefer using something like helmfile to template the different charts, eg:

having to write the same string over and over is very fragile

Would YAML anchors be a solution? (I did not have time to dig in deeper, just as an idea).

I believe the anchore does not work with overwriting, but I will checkit out.

I understand the problem @butonic but on the other hand, we need to reimplement all the cool logic (like network policies, servicemonitor #28 , grafana dashboard per configmap and all the other stuff) and keep that up-to-date.

Other solutions needs special tools, like helmfile, ArgoCS/FluxCD (App of App - Pattern). I know that there is no ideal solution.
