When v3.1 will be released? (Switch to Jakarta JPA and other vulnerabilities)

TL;DR
When javax -> jakarta transition will be fully transformed and released in stable version? In v3.1 maybe? Or 4...?

Longer, more general story:
We have an application on last stable PF v3.0.11 in a production environment.
Our client gives high priority to resolving any vulnerabilities (financial company).
We've been waiting some time to get stable PF version with resolved them, for example here: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/cve-2025-41249.
Play Framework is great framework but what we have problem with (and I suppose we are not the only ones) is that PF releases are too rarely to fullfill our clients' needs to resolve vulnerabilities. And this problem is growing up...
